Crash at W112 and Madison. Sounded like this was an attempted traffic stop by Lakewood police before the crash. The driver had to be freed by LFD. Yes this is in Cleveland but Lakewood responded. Not sure this will be considered a chase.
Cleveland police broke up a large crowd that had gathered at the East 9th and Carnegie BP station around 1:30am. no arrests but there was one traffic stop. This group was also on the E9th pier causing issues before this gathering
