Cleveland Police attempted a traffic stop at E 36th near Memphis Ave. The 4 occupants possibly juveniles bailed out prompting a foot chase. 2 suspects were immediately detained. Cleveland Police are searching for the 2 at large

Next stop a shooting scene on E84 south of Quincy. Car into a dumpster in the front yard of a home. Radio made this sound like it was a homicide investigation.
