2 year agoArrived on scene of the medical helicopter crash in Butler Co. This is at Eaton Rd and Hamilton Eaton Rd. The helicopter was responding to a fatal car accident where one person died. The crew on board the helicopter is okay. This area is completely shut down
2 year agoThis is a look at that medical helicopter. It appears to be a CareFlight Premier Health helicopter. Dispatch says this crew was responding to a car crash on 127. OSHP says one person has died in that car crash but there's no word yet on injuries with flight crew
