A person died in a shooting on the northeast side of Columbus

An OSU student shared this video with us. It appears to be from the first time Columbus Police interacted with the man who was eventually shot and killed by officers early Tuesday. CPD said they have a total of 3 interactions with the same man over a 7 hour period
